Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed for 12 months. In the unlikely event of there being a problem
with your product/s we will either send out a new part or replace the complete product/s
free of charge. Any goods that are unwanted can be returned within 7 days and a
full refund given. However, the customer will have to pay any additional shipping
costs. All unwanted goods must be returned in unused condition in there original
boxes. Guarantees are only valid for sales within the UK.
On-line Orders
In the unlikely event of any product ordered on-line being out of stock then we
will contact you, thus giving you the option of canceling or waiting whilst we order
the product/s for you. At no time will your account be debited until the item is
in stock and ready for delivery.
Secure Payment
To give our customers confidence when leaving credit card details on-line all confidential
information is sent via a Thwate certified SSL 128 bit encrypted form and at no
time are your details passed on to any third parties.
Receiving Goods
Please ensure that on the delivery day requested there is someone at the given address
between the hours of 8.00 am – 4.30 pm unless A.M delivery has been stated. Goods
can only be left at premises without a signature if special instructions have been
given. If a delivery date is not specified please allow 5 working days for delivery.
Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event of your product/s being damaged whilst in transit we will
endeavour to replace the product/s at the next possible delivery date. All damaged
product/s and any problems must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date.
