This cool box brings comfort to any car

Onboard bars are by no means reserved to luxury cars, as WAECO proves once again with its Tropicool Bord-Bar. The beautifully styled fridge box can be fitted to any car in a trice. As a result, cool drinks, snacks or fruit are always readily at hand.

The Tropicool Bord-Bar is placed on the vehicle seat where it is quickly and safely fastened by means of the seat belt. An additional fixing bracket is inserted between the backrest and seat to prevent the box from tipping forward during braking. An attractive option is to place the car cooler on the middle seat in the rear where it makes an elegant armrest.

Connected to the 12-volt cigarette lighter socket, the box provides a cooling performance up to 20 degrees below the ambient temperature. If required, it can easily switched over to the heating function (up to 65°C). This way, baby’s meal can be kept at a ready-to-consume temperature throughout the tour.

The light-weight box (5.2 kg) features a polyurethane foam core. A battery monitor prevents excessive discharging so that the engine will readily spring to life even if you have parked the car for a longer time.

33 cm high, 28 cm wide and 46 cm deep, the stylish car cooler in light and dark grey is an amazingly efficient carrier. Thanks to a capacity of 15 litres, it can hold enough snacks and drinks to provide even for larger crews and longer journeys. There’s no need for intermediate stops in expensive motorway service areas.
