Free next day delivery with delivery time slot email and/or text notification to mainland UK locations is available for most products, this will be indicated during the checkout process.

For most butane and propane gas appliance orders tracking information will be sent by text and/or email.
For most butane and propane gas appliance orders on the morning of delivery a text and/or email will be sent giving a delivery time.

Deliveries to all mainland UK locations except the Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight are free.
Orders are delivered within the time frame shown or for orders placed by telephone on your selected date with most items available with next working day delivery.

UK Delivery including Next Working Day
Standard UK delivery including next day is free and orders will be delivered within the time frame shown during checkout or if ordered over the telephone on the date you select. *Please note for Next Working Day Delivery service orders must be placed before 3pm orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

UK AM Delivery
Orders will be delivered within the time frame shown on the listing or on the date you specify before 12.15pm. AM deliveries are only available for UK mainland orders.

Saturday AM Delivery
Orders will be delivered before 12.15pm on the next available Saturday. Deliveries on Saturday are only available for UK mainland orders.

UK Highlands and Isle of Wight
Our courier Interlink treats most areas north of Dundee as the Highlands, please also select this option for deliveries to the Isle of Wight. Orders will be delivered within the time frame shown on the listing or on the date you specify. If next working day delivery is available on the products you have selected this will change to delivery within 2 working days.

European Union 5 Working Days
Selected smaller items (currently restricted to infra-red heater bulbs) are available for delivery within 5 working days to the following European countries Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden..

Delivery Methods
Most orders will be delivered by Interlink Express (delivery time slot email and/or text notification is sent with this method). To ensure safe delivery the Provence Stove portable gas heater stove and CF Parker Baby Oven are both delivered by Interlink Express on a pallet. Delivery time slot email and/or text notification is also sent with this method. Some smaller items are sent via Royal Mail.

Working Day
For the purposes of this delivery information a working day is Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Next working day delivery service orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
