Contract

When confirmation of an order is received this indicates that we have received your order it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. A contract between us will exist once we have issued an invoice.

Delivery

To most mainland UK locations delivery is free (excluding the Scottish Highlands).

Shipping & Handling

We deliver all items within the time shown during the order process with most items available with free next working day delivery. If you require delivery on a specific date please call us to place your order and we will deliver on the date you select. In the unlikely event of your product/s being damaged whilst in transit or are in any way faulty we will endeavour to replace the product/s at the next possible delivery date.

VAT

All products supplied from this website have prices shown including 20% UK VAT.
For your information UK VAT on butane and propane LPG gas is charged at 5%.

Guarantee

All products including our propane or butane gas portable heaters and stoves are guaranteed for at least 12 months as standard (*excluding electric heater bulbs) with many having a 2 year guarantee. If item/s develop a problem within the guarantee period we will send out a new replacement part or replace the complete items/s free of charge. Please note that guarantees are only valid for sales within the UK.

Returns / Cancellations

The customer has the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 14 working days starting the day after delivery. We recommend the products are returned with the original packing in good condition to avoid the products being damaged on their return journey. It is the customer’s responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods during the cancellation period.

Complaints

Any complaints should be directed to our customer services department who will endeavour to respond and resolve any concerns within 2 working days. Customer services can be reached using any of the normal telephone numbers or online contact methods shown on this website.
