The heater uses standard Shell, Flo, Calor Gas etc. butane gas cylinders up to 15kg and can heat a room for up to 112 hours from one bottle, the push button Piezo ignition ensures no twisting movements are required during lighting and operation. As well as the catalytic plate there are two other integrated safety devices to ensures that the BlackCat is extremely safe the flame failure device cuts the gas supply if for any reason the flame goes out and the oxygen sensor ensures that the gas supply is cut if for any reason the oxygen level drops below acceptable safe levels. Hard wearing castor wheels ensure full portability.
